dimred.reduce(X[, n_comps, iters, nbhds, ...])	Compute an SCA reduction of the input data
dimred.reduce_scanpy(adata[, keep_scores, ...])	Compute an SCA reduction of the given dataset, stored as a scanpy AnnData.
